If you are a highly sensitive person, you are probably also an Energy Healer.

In fact, that’s the reason why you were born a highly sensitive person!

To bring healing into the world.

February 20, 2012 – ALASKA – The remote Kanaga stratovolcano in the Aleutian Islands might have begun erupting, the Alaska Volcano Observatory (AVO) reports. A possible ash cloud about 39 km (24 mi) NE of the volcano, likely from weak explosive activity, was detected on satellite imagery, and volcanic tremor was detected under the volcano from 15:23-15:27 UTC (6:23 AM AKST) on 18 February, followed by numerous small events for about an hour at Kanaga Volcano. AVO has placed the volcano at Aviation Color Code YELLOW. “This new unrest indicates a possibility for sudden explosions of ash to occur at any time, and ash clouds exceeding 20,000 feet above sea level may develop. If a large, explosive, ash-producing event occurs, the local seismic network, satellite ash alarms, infrasound, and volcanic lightning will alert AVO to the new activity.” Kanaga Volcano occupies the northern corner of Kanaga Island, one of the most southerly members of the central Aleutian chain. It is a symmetric composite cone 1307 m high and 4.8 km in diameter at sea level, built of interbedded basaltic and andesitic lava flows, scoria layers, and pyroclastic rocks. Kanaga Volcano last erupted 1994-1995 when observed eruptive plumes were relatively dilute, rising to altitudes of less than 3 km (9,840 ft) and dropping ash onto the flanks of the volcano. At least two significant ash plumes were recorded over the course of this eruption: the first, to ~7.5 km (24,600 ft) occurred on February 21, 1995 and the second on August 18, 1995, when an eruption cloud reached ~4.5 km (14,760 ft). A light dusting of ash fell on the community of Adak and air traffic was disrupted due to continuing low-level activity and cloudy conditions which prevented visual approaches to the Adak air field.

February 20, 2012 – PHILIPPINES – People should stay away from the new sinkhole in a farm in Dumanjug town because the soil may “cave in” anytime. Geologist Maria Elena Lupo gave this warning yesterday as curious onlookers gathered at the site in barangay Cambuang. “There’s no way of knowing how big it will grow and when it will stop. It could suddenly collapse into an unexpected gap,” said Lupo, senior geologist of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Mines and Geosciences Bureau in Central Visayas (DENR-MGB-7). When Cebu Daily News visited the area yesterday, the ground continued to move.  Lupo, however, said the agency lacks the equipment to check the extent of “cavities” formed underground. She said these empty gaps on the subsurface of the land are often found in volcanic or limestone areas. A MGB team will visit the area on Monday. She said local officials should act if they see the need to evacuate nearby houses. Soil in limestone areas can easily weaken in water during heavy rains. Once the soil dissolves underground, it creates a gap that would eventually connect with other cavities, she said. “When there are ground movements, it would create the sinkhole,” Lupo said. She warned that the ground movement would continue and the sinkhole could expand. Lupo said that the sinkhole could have been triggered by the 6.9 magnitude earthquake which hit Negros Oriental and Cebu last February 6. She said geologists would need a geo-physical instrument that uses sound waves to check which part of the ground is still solid but the machine is only available at the Water Resource Center of the University of San Carlos in Talamban. On Monday, government geologists will gather information on the diameter of the sinkhole and map its depth.

Technology giant Apple, Inc. said Monday it was asking the Fair Labor Association (FLA) to investigate working conditions at Chinese electronics manufacturer Foxconn, essentially caving to the demands of protesters who delivered over 250,000 petition signatures to the company last week.

Foxconn, which hires over 1 million Chinese workers, has been plagued over the years byreports of suicides, and in one instance last year, a group of about 300 people threatened to jump to their deaths if they weren’t given better pay and working conditions.

Foxconn, which makes devices for companies like Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Intel and others, has said it plans to replace most of its workers with robots in the coming years. Meanwhile, the company keeps its human workers in small bunks on site, works them in 12-24 hour shifts, provides little food or medical assistance, and oversees their daily duties with military-like precision using advance surveillance techniques.

Apple, for its part, joined the FLA in January as criticism against Foxconn was mounting. They became the first tech company to partner with the Washington, D.C. group, which is dedicated to stamping out sweat shops throughout the world. Other FLA partners include Nike, Barnes & Noble, Liz Blaiborne, Inc., Puma AG and American Eagle Outfitters, Inc.

After last week’s petitions, the company decided it was time to pull the trigger on their FLA membership rights, so Apple asked that the group to begin fair labor inspections of Foxconn’s facilities.

“We believe that workers everywhere have the right to a safe and fair work environment, which is why we’ve asked the FLA to independently assess the performance of our largest suppliers,” Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO, explained in a media advisory. “The inspections now underway are unprecedented in the electronics industry, both in scale and scope, and we appreciate the FLA agreeing to take the unusual step of identifying the factories in their reports.”

This is not the first time Apple has listened to its critics, either: after years of campaigning by environmental groups, Apple announced last year that it was initiating an e-waste recycling program that would accept any old Macs, PC, computer displays or mobile devices. They even offer to pick up the shipping tab, and if the company can turn a profit on any of the hardware turned in, customers receive gift cards for various amounts.

You may see advertisements in print and on TV or radio for a clever advertising campaign, America’s Farmers. It’s a feel-good series of ads that purports to show America’s family farmers — working hard, caring about sustainability and the Earth, taking every care to bring you safe, clean and healthy food.

Trouble is, you have to read the tiny print to see that the campaign is sponsored by Monsanto — now the world’s largest seed company and the largest producer of both toxic herbicides and seeds genetically modified to resist them.

Monsanto FarmerThe campaign, with its sophisticated website, “webisodes” and touching family photos, features a group of farmers carefully selected for racial diversity, regional representation and gender balance. All run large-scale farms — several are more than 1,000 acres. All grow commodity crops: soybeans, corn, industrial beef, pork and poultry. None are organic, at least not according to their biographies on the website (see below for link, but don’t honor Monsanto with the click-through unless you must).

Don’t be fooled by Monsanto’s efforts to present itself as a supporter of sustainable agriculture. The company’s website includes this: “Monsanto is one of the world’s leading companies focused on sustainable agriculture. We discover and deliver innovative products that support the farmers who feed, fuel and clothe our world.”

In fact, Monsanto’s contributions to agriculture have been:

  • increasingly expensive seed
  • a huge reduction in biodiversity, as Monsanto snaps up smaller seed companies and gains more ownership of seed strains
  • lawsuits against farmers whose own crops have been contaminated by Monsanto’s patented seed
  • overwhelming rises in the applications of its herbicides, including Roundup — which has been linked to a host of health and environmental problems
  • the creation of “super weeds” and “super pests” that no herbicide or pesticide will control

This is a classic case of greenwashing. I’d find it blackly hilarious if it weren’t so infuriating.

I’ve been writing about genetic modification of crops and livestock since the early 1990s. My piece on the very real dangers of genetically modified food, all well proven by scientific research, will appear in the April/May issue of MOTHER EARTH NEWS.

My best advice?

Avoid Monsanto at all costs. Boycott manufactured foods with GM corn and soy. Buy organic whenever possible. Know your farmer. Eat locally. Sign SignOn.org’s petition to President Barack Obama demanding that he cease Monsanto ties with the FDA. Tell the FDA you want genetically modified foods labeled at the Just Label It! Campaign. Ask your friends and family to do the same.

Oh, yeah. The link to the Monsanto-funded feel-good-about-farmers website is www.americasfarmers.com.

I like Foster’s take on what he’s observing and feel it’s right on track. Iran selling their oil for Gold rather than dollars. thus… the dollar will suffer devaulation. he states it right on.

He’s called it FALSE FLAG OPERATIONS… US gov will start setting up senarios to get us to believe that war is justified. Hopefully… we all know better. Foster is correct… everything we see and hear… needs translation in order to see the real truth. Look at all sides. Discernment… please.

FALSE FLAG…   just an observation… US shadow government wants a war, but the American People are saying NO. We will start seeing many false flags in the near future…

On Monday a bomb was detonated in New Delhi, India killing four people. The bomb was allegedly designed to kill members of the Israeli embassy and the Israeli Prime Minister quickly accused Iran for laying out the attacks. A second bombing attempt was foiled in Georgia and was said to target an Israeli diplomat. Although Israel claims these attacks are in retaliation to the deaths of Iranian nuclear scientists, Iran has come forth and said they are not behind the attacks of terror and went as far to say Israel did it to themselves. Stephen Lendman, writer and host on Progressive Radio News Hour, joins us to take a closer look at the bombings.

IRAN declares Israel bombed it’s own Embassy.
