Blue Ray Indigo Children

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos started incarnating in fairly large numbers around 1945 to 1949 through about 1969-1970.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos began coming in en masse around 1955 or so, and the “Hippy Love and Peace Generation” was the very first sign of this new frequency moving into physical mainstream reality; and it went a very long way in breaking up the dense vibrational frequencies held by Earth and humanity at that time; something that was necessary for raising the consciousness of the Collective.

In a nutshell, First Wave Blue Ray Indigos came here to start (re) raising the frequency of Earth and the Collective Consciousness of Humanity so that when the time for the Indigo Frequency Generation to come in the vibration and frequency of the planet would be high enough for them to get here and exist physically.

Many First Wave Blue Ray Indigos had self-worth, self-esteem and low self-confidence problems. This was due to existing on a planet that felt very foreign and was not highly spiritually evolved. There was a strong sense of isolation for this spiritual generation, because finding each other back then was difficult.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos instinctively knew they were different, and that things were not right on this planet, but they had to conform, at least in pretense, because the “accepted reality” at that time would not permit anything less.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos had a tendency to stay to themselves a lot, and needed lots of time alone so they could “be” in a place that allowed them to connect to the feelings of “home” within their minds. They were not likely to rock the boat or make waves unless pushed to extremes; and this had to be an extreme, extreme!

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos intuitively knew they were here to do something big, yet had no idea what that something was. This inner knowing created a strong desire in them to constantly push in search of what it was they felt so strongly within themselves. This was actually the driving force that led to raising the vibrational frequency of Earth during that time.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos are highly empathic and cannot, (even to this day) understand the acts of cruelty toward each other, animals, the earth, or the corruption in political, religious, and economic systems humans are capable of. They came in on a frequency ray, and from a place of Love and Peace, (as do we all), and want nothing more than to connect to others and exist in a place that feels peaceful, loving and kind. They are the true Idealist Utopians, and even though they can rationally understand why Utopia does not currently exist upon Earth, they cannot truly comprehend why it seems so difficult for humanity to instantly create Utopia on Earth. To them, it is as easy as breathing.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos are Healers, Teachers and Energy Workers by nature. The Blue Ray is the Ray of Wisdom and Healing, and First Wave Blue Ray Indigos came here to assist with expanding the Heart Chakra of the Collective. This is why so many of them wear their “Heart on their Sleeve”, as the saying goes.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos finally began “coming out of the Spiritual Closet” en masse in 2008; the year of the “Great Coming Together”. By that time many had finally healed sufficiently to begin feeling it was safe enough to expose their self to the world.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos often have issues with tendencies of escapism because of the intense feelings of being so different and alone in this world. They often suffer with addictive tendencies and personalities; this is one of the largest contributing factors to the fact that the use of Sacred Drugs during the ‘60’s and ‘70’s turned into such a large issue of drug abuse.

Many First Wave Blue Ray Indigos suffer from conditions such as chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. This is manifest from them constantly subconsciously transmuting energy for the planet and other people. The need for them to learn to do this work intentionally and consciously is imperative if they are to avoid creating physical ailments within their own bodies.

First Wave Blue Ray Indigos will often stay in dysfunctional relationships and situations because they “feel” like they are responsible for healing the other person, or persons involved; they have a very hard time telling other people no.

Indigos, those who came into the Earth plane on the Indigo Ray, have many of the same qualities as Blue Ray Indigos except they cannot and will not conform, at least not for very long, to standards set by society that go against what they “know” to be their truth. They are the Spiritual Generation known as the “System Busters”. They came here to change the world and they know it!

12 Stages of Light Body Ascension

We are aware that while the planet is undergoing a shift to a higher frequency that, because she is a living moving energy system, all who reside within her energy fields will also experience this realignment.

Consequently I would like to cover in this article two issues.

Firstly what many are experiencing naturally as the planet undergoes her transformation which is what is termed the ‘Creation of the Lightbody‘.

So the next few pages will outline the different stages we may experience as this occurs and how it is manifesting in our own energy fields e.g. bouts of flu, headaches etc.

Secondly as many are enthusiastic and joyous at these changes, I would like to cover practical things that we can consciously do to build and increase the Light quotient in our own bodies.

Tuning ourselves to the higher octaves of Light and changing our vibrational frequency has been explored extensively in previous chapters which I will briefly summarize and then add a few additional techniques to accelerate this process.

The process of transition into Light is a gradual one. We are not matter one day and pure Light the next. Our energy fields are infused with and realigned to Light gradually or else we would experience electrical ‘burn out’.

In the text “Revelations from an Archangel – Ascension to the 12th Dimension” – Archangel Ariel states that the entire crystalline structure of matter was activated to 3rd level Lightbody, for all planetary inhabitants, in April 1989.

Creation of the Lightbody is due to the planets current transition process and is not an optional experience or process.

Being’s not wishing to be part of this process at this time will choose death by accident, natural disaster or decay and disease.

As mentioned previously, it is foretold that they will continue their cycle of evolution on another planet of frequency comparable to their own – there is no judgment – it is just the changing nature of energy.

According to Ariel, the Lightbody is gradually created through the transmutation of our current physical body as it mutates and absorbs more Light.

Again this is interconnected with the realignment of our energy fields to higher frequencies and higher octaves of Light and the following information describes the actual physical process and common symptoms as this change occurs.

We are all evolving and absorbing Light at our own pace. Some are consciously working with these changes and so their transmutation is quicker, some are unaware and are absorbing this Light and change in direct relation to planetary change. However, one can classify this creation into levels:

First Level

When the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhea, rashes, muscle and joint aches.

Most flu epidemics are actually Light epidemics!

Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size.

The DNA structure and chemical components begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into useable Light encodements for the DNA.

Second Level

The etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of’bouts of flu’. Many begin to question “why am I here”.

Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Change is rapid and many feel tired.

Third Level

Physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer – decoder of higher light energies to the planet as a whole.

The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its natural state.

Fourth Level

Major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains.

Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready.

Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels.

Vision and hearing are being realigned to function differently. The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow spirit without hesitation.

Individuals may get lashes of telepathy, clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a time of feeling, of honoring and accepting and validating the emotional body and learning to control it.

Fifth Level

The mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes become nonlinear. Being’s oscillate between knowing and doubt.

We realize the habitual nature of thinking and behavior and look at de-programming and re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not the “I” we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc.

Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditioned responses’.

Sixth Level

We draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth. We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselves changes rapidly.

Re-evaluation may be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at our relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of letting go, of moving on.

We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.

Seventh Level

The heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’ with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns – it is a time of great emotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage.

We feel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life. Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and honor their feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others.

Chest pains (angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy fields.

(Doing the Unified chakra meditation will assist in the heart opening).

Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away.

Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level, aging and death cease.

When the pineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we leave it behind.

Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues.

Many wish to ‘ascend’ and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our deepening connection with spirit.

As we learn to follow our joy, we may then want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.

ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception. Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food – many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they ‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of the body.

Eighth Level

We see the Master in all and purely wish to be of service – we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind in favour of the desire to serve Divine Will.

The pineal and pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s who are working with you to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel pain, or ask them to release endorphin’s – the brains natural opiate.

The brain is being activated – particularly the cerebrum, the ‘sleeping giant’. Cranial expansion is common; triangular ‘seed crystals’ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras.

We begin to be hooked into the languages of Light.

The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to create the ‘Arc of the Covenant’, a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensional language.

You may find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones.

If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded and translated.

Again you become much more aware of the vastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships become transpersonal. You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’ into you to link with.

You operate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

Ninth Level

Decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody.

Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. You feel interconnected to all Being’s everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others.

You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the ‘game of separation and limitation’ and feel truly free.

The 9th level sees a mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form.

As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument.

Here Spirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives, everything. This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be most painful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved through eons of time to reach this point.

We may go back and forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go – there is no turning back and all must be released.

9th level is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realize that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit.

Survival fears leave – focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and are easily put aside.

We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected, centered, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve.

For awhile you may slip between the 8th & 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ‘ a limited human being’ again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level.

You then continually feel connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that.

The 9th is where we begin to hook up to our I AM.

The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and you become totally connected to your I AM.

Tenth Level

You are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. DNA is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous.

The Merkabah (another name for our Lightbody) has been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions complete in your totality.

It has its own consciousness to be directed by you.

Eleventh Level

All levels of the lightbody have been constructed and activated and are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’. These light matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries – a new 5th dimensional circulatory system of Light.

Cellular regeneration has been accomplished.

Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past, present and future co-exist – all exist in parallels.

There is no separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy of Spirit.

In this ‘frame’ of conscious awareness many now access and create new types of Light based technologies, new community living, new systems of government and equitable food and resource distribution systems.

All have received specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New World – the ‘Golden Age’.

Twelfth Level

The continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World systems – hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, new financial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so that all may exist in joy, equality and harmony.

By this time the planet and her inhabitants will have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds.

The planet goes to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is a lightbody and follows Spirit in total Mastery.

There are 5 components of Seed Energy:

1. The Core –where our inner knowing and our “schematics” … our “sacred knowledge” of our specific path and contribution is housed.

2. The Multiplier – once our inner knowing is understood and our path recognized from the information within the core, the raw energy must then grow … and become strong … it must then be multiplied …. For, there is evolution in growth – in multiples of understanding

3. The Amplifier –now that the message and the code have been proliferated it requires strength to evolve; to move outwards towards the light –the energy patterns must now be amplified in order to begin to weave a fiber …

4. The Guide –now that the energy of form is ready for true manifestation there is always guidance required … where to allocate resource, how much, when, how fast … all of this is provided by the Guide

5. The Interface –upon physical manifestation and union with the environment the Interface is created –that aspect which joyfully and with courage and strength announces to the World: “Here I AM!”

Yangtze River Turns Red

The Yangtze River, China’s largest river, is known as the Golden Watercourse, but residents along its shores noticed this week that the water wasn’t its usual hue, rather the water had turned red, and no one seems to know why.

ABC News reported that the river turned red on Thursday near the city of Chongquing, where the Yangtze meets the Jialin River. Some residents were stumped by the turn of events, stopping to collect the water in bottles as a keepsake. A photo showing a man with water from the river in a clear plastic bottle made the water look almost as brightly colored as tomato juice. Others, like fisherman and thos working on boats went about their usual daily business.

Scotsman.com reported that the river was reported as having turned red by people at various spots along its course, and added that local officials are investigating, but do not know why the Yangtze river turned red.

The UK Daily Mail reported that this isn’t the first time a Chinese river turned red. The Jian River experienced a similar event last December when it was polluted by a powerful dye that was being illegally dumped. Officials raided and shutdown the factory responsible.

Water Folklore and Legends

Each of the four cardinal elements – earth, air, fire and water – can be incorporated into magical practice and ritual. Depending on your needs and intent, you may find yourself drawn to one of these elements more so that the others.

Water is a feminine energy and highly connected with the aspects of the Goddess. Used for healing, cleansing, and purification, Water is related to the West, and associated with passion and emotion. In many spiritual paths, including Catholicism, consecrated Watercan be found – holy water is just regular water with salt added to it, and usually a blessing or invocation is said above it. In Wiccan covens, such water is used to consecrate the circle and all the tools within it. As you may expect, water is associated with the color blue, and theTarot suit of Cup cards.

Let’s look at some of the many magical myths and legends surrounding water:

Water Spirits:

Many cultures feature water spirits as part of their folklore and mythology. To the Greeks, a water spirit known as a naiad often presided over a spring or stream. The Romans had a similar entity found in the Camenae. Among a number of the ethnic groups of Cameroon, the water spirits called jengu serve as protective deities, which is not uncommon among other African diasporic faiths.

 

For residents of the British Isles, many local bodies of water such as streams and wells were host to water spirits – and often these took on the role of local deity. Historians say it became a popular custom to toss a bit of silver — coins, pins, etc — into a sacred body of water as an offering to the god or goddess of that area.

Dowsing for Water:

Dowsing is the ability to find a water source in a previously unknown area via divination. In many parts of Europe professional dowsers were hired to locate new places to dig wells. This was typically done with the use of a forked stick, or sometimes a copper rod. The stick was held out in front of the dowser, who walked around until the stick or rod began to vibrate. The vibrations signaled the presence of water beneath the ground, and this was where villagers would dig their new well.

During the Middle Ages this was a popular technique for locating new springs to use as wells, but it later became associated with negative sorcery. By the seventeenth century, most dowsing had been outlawed because of its connection to the devil.

Ocean Beings:

The Orkney Islands are the home of a number of fascinating myths and legends about the magical power of the sea. The ocean is the home of Finmen and mermaids, selkies and sea monsters. In Celtic mythology, a water horse called a kelpie haunts the shores and rivers of Scotland and Ireland.

Water Magic and the Moon:

The moon is tied to the ebb and flow of tides around the world. A phenomenon known as lunar tide occurs during the full and new moon phases – during these phases, the gravitational forces create a very high high tide, and a very low low tide.

Use water for divination by scrying during the full moon.

Country Folklore:

An English rural custom says that a woman who splashes too much water around as she does laundry or washes dishes will be cursed with a husband who drinks to excess.

Spilling water from a bucket on the way back from a well or spring can bring misfortune – unless, of course, you return to the source and make an offering to appease the spirits of the place.

In parts of Appalachia, it is believed that if you dream of crossing water there will be an illness in your family. If your dream includes muddy or stagnant water, then back luck is on the way.

In Hoodoo and other folk magic traditions, vervain is used to make Van-Van oil – this is simply a blend of vervain and a base oil, simmered and strained. This oil is used to provide magical protection, and clear away evil energies. In many forms of folklore, vervain is associated with workings that decrease lust – however, the scent of vervain is a well-known aphrodisiac.

James Churchward – wrote in his books on Mu that the Motherland stretched from the Hawaiian Islands to Fiji and from Easter Island to the Marianas.  It was a tropical paradise much like Eden and was approximately 5,000 miles long and 3,000 miles wide . Churchward considered the Nan Modal site on Pohnpei Island one of the seven sacred cities of Mu. Today its ruins sit on a swampy lagoon filled with mangrove trees. We also see stone monument of mysterious orgin in dotting the entire pacific of which Easter Island is one. The Hawaaian and Pacific Islands are the remaining mountain peaks of this lost continent. When Mu was destroyed nearly 64 million people lost their lives . the final demise of Lemuria occurred perhaps only 10,700 years before the final destruction of Atlantis and the final destruction of Atlantis may have taken place over 10,000 years ago.

The legends of Easter Island speak of Hiva, which sank beneath the waves as people fled, while Samoans called a similar place Bolutu. It was stocked with trees and plants bearing fruits and flowers, which were immediately replaced when picked. On Bolutu men could walk through trees, houses, and other physical objects without any resistance. The Maoris of New Zealand still talk about arriving long ago from a sinking island called Hawaiki, a vast and mountainous place on the other side of the water.

Precise detailed maps of the lost continent of Mu and Atlantis were found on stone tablets from Pre-Inca Ica, Peru, by Dr. Javier Cabrera, engraved in stone and photographed by Robert Charroux. United Nations diplomat Farida Iskoviet, assistant to United Nations President Adam Malik, came to Maui in 1972 and researched Lemurian ruins and history and concluded that they were real. One of Hawaii’s leading authorities on Lemurian research was Sgt. Williard Wannall from Army Intelligence in Oahu. He reported that ruins of a submerged Lemurian city was between Maui and Oahu. It was a Top Secret project in Naval Intelligence in 1972.  In the 1930’s soundings of the Pacific by Capt. Claude Banks Mayo of the U.S. Navy ,show  “a submerged continent, with mountains, river courses and plateaus at an average depth of one mile stretching from the Hawaiian to the Barin Islands, east of the coast of Japan.”

H P Blatvatsky – In her book ,The Secret Doctrine , Madame Blatvatsky claimed to have learned of Lemuria in The Book of Dzyan – which she said was composed in Atlantis and shown to her by the Mahatmas. Blasvatsky located Lemuria in the Indian Ocean about 150 million years ago between Madagascar and Malaysia.  She may have obtained her ideas of a sunken land in the Indian Ocean from Sanskrit legends of the former continent of Rutas that sank beneath the sea. The Rig Veda in particular speaks of “the three continents that were”; the third was home to a race called the Danavas. Interview to Berrenda Fox

Dr. Berrenda Fox provides evidence of DNA and cellular changes in this article by Patricia Resch. Dr. Fox is the holistic practitioner of the ‘Avalon Wellness Center’ in Mt Shasta, California. The Avalon Clinic represents the re-emergence of the ideal of healing as practiced on the original Isle of Avalon.

Dr Fox has proven through blood tests that some people have actually developed new strands of DNA.

PR: Berrenda, tell us a little about your background.

BF: I have doctorates in physiology and naturopathy. During my training in Europe I also was involved with the media, and this still continues in film and management. As you know, I’m working with FOX Television Network to bring about understanding of extraterrestrials and their role in what is happening with mankind at this time. The most well known are ‘Sightings’ and ‘The X Files’.

PR: What are the changes that are happening at this time on the planet, and how are our bodies being affected?

BF: There are major changes, mutations that haven’t occurred, according to geneticists, since the time we supposedly came out of the water. Several years ago in Mexico City there was a convention of geneticists from around the world, and the main topic was the DNA change. We are making an evolutionary change, yet we don’t know what we are changing into.

PR: How is our DNA changing?

BF: Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known

The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes. Most people know and feel this. Many religions have talked about the change and know it will come about in different ways. We know it is a positive mutation even though physically, mentally, and emotionally it can be misunderstood and frightening.

PR: Are these children displaying any characteristics different from other children?

BF: These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They’re telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they’re not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.

PR: Do you think this will happen to all of us?

BF: It seems like most people who were born before 1940 have not been able to make the shift, but have initiated something into the next generation that gives them the capacity to form another helix within our lifetime. Our immune and endocrine systems are the most evident of these changes. That is one of the reasons I work with research in immunological testing and therapy.

Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration. Many of the children born recently have bodies that are magnetically lighter.

Those of us that are older and choose to change have to go through many physical changes.

PR: What causes change in bodies born with normal two-strand DNA?

BF: The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus. Consequently viruses are not necessarily bad. Viruses live only on living tissue. DNA viruses like Epstein Barr and the Herpes #6 change cellular structure. The retrovirus HIV is not a DNA virus. Instead of mutating the body, it actually eats it up. Most people who go through this process and come out the other side have a new profession, a new way of thinking, or at least a starting of a new way of life.

Even though they may feel really sick, tired, or hopeless at times, it is a gift. They are being given a chance to change their DNA structure and their body into a lighter, healthier body that can see them into the next generation. The angels that are being seen are signs that we are shifting. As I understand it, we have until about 2012 to complete this process.

PR: What other changes should we expect to see?

BF: There will be no disease, we will not need to die. We will be able to learn our lessons, not through suffering, but through joy and love. The old system has to crumble away, and is not doing that without putting up a big fight. So you have all the wars; a lot of the medical-type of healing is not working; the government is not working.

A lot of the old paradigms can no longer exist yet are fighting to be maintained, but there is no doubt that it is changing. Those of us who have chosen to live at this time are the forerunners of almost a new species. It is human, yet we are at the same time actually manifesting heaven on Earth. We are receiving extra help from masters and extraterrestrials, angelic beings, and learning to go inward. The more we are able to go in and listen to that quiet voice, the more we are in tune with the changes that are happening.

PR: What are some of the side effects of these changes?

BF: With a cellular change you are sometimes going to feel as though you are not here. You may feel exhaustion, because we are literally changing cells and becoming new beings. Like a new baby, you may need lots of rest. Mental confusion and not being able to concentrate on routine tasks may happen as we are being programmed for something larger. Aches and pains throughout the body for which there is no specific cause are common. Many people feel as though they are going crazy.

If they go into an orthodox medical office, most likely they will be put on Prozac, because they can’t define what it is. It is difficult for the medical profession because they are not used to dealing with the energetic body. Because the chakras are related to our endocrine system, women will go through hormonal changes. There may be crying without knowing why because crying releases hormones. Many women are going through menopause earlier because we are accelerating.

Men may be very frustrated with the exhaustion when they are used to being very active. They may feel their feminine side coming out because this is the intuitive side. The emotional therapy that has been coming out in the last 20 to 30 years has been speeded up with new techniques for these changes. We are actually doing a tremendous amount of emotional work in a very short time, which would have taken thousands of years.

PR: How do you you treat someone who is going through these changes?

BF: I approach it from the viewpoint of working with individual beings instead of treating a disease. ‘Doctor’ in Latin means educator. The only effective service you can perform as a true healer is to empower individuals with the necessary tools and reassure them that what is happening is real, and that they can heal and be free of the ‘negative’ symptoms while healing.

First, I require immunological testing that is not traditionally done. This is a blood laboratory test performed by an advanced specialty research lab. Then I give the patient the information themselves. This is much like a map of the changes so they can have the power to heal. I am not the healer but only an instrument in their individual healing process. There is power in a person looking at their own blood tests and seeing the map of what is going on in their bodies that causes something to click in the subconscious.

The real key is that the person take responsibility and do their own work. What I use as tools are not commonly used. I use a lot of Organotherapy, which is a glandular treatment from Europe, to build up the hormonal system to accept the changes in the DNA. Also, I use homeopathy to work on the energetic body, vitamins, herbs, and cold laser therapy. The therapy depends entirely on individual needs.

Much of what I do has been accessed from those whom I would call older sisters and brothers who have gone on before us. They are from other solar systems that we have all come from to help this planet with its transition.

PR: How do you see your work evolving?

BF: I look at my work as a bridge or transition. It is both scientific and artistic. Healing is an art and a science. Using only science or just the art of healing is not enough for complete health. I don’t think I will be a healer all my life because I believe disease will be eliminated. We, as conscious people, will eliminate disease and suffering.

III. Remedies for the Side Effects

We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually, in time), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. But the immediate changes are from 2 to 3 DNA strands, and later into 12.It is speculated that the human beings already had 12 DNA strands hundreds of thousands of years ago, but someone or something interfered in our evolution, downgrading us to only 2.

It is not just we humans who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing. Nothing will die or be destroyed, for we are all moving together into A NEW STATE OF BEING. This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts.

Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being.

Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are MANY TEMPORARY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.

Flu-like symptoms – high temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.

Migraine headaches – severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.

Occasional diarrhoea.

Occasional runny nose – with sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever.

Dizziness

Ringing in the ears

Heart palpitations

Feeling the whole body vibrate – especially at ni ght when one is in a relaxed state.

Intense muscle spasms – plus pain in the body, often the back.

Tingling – in arms, hands, legs or feet.

Loss of muscular power – in hands, caused by changes in circulation system.

Occasional breathing difficulties – and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.

Immune system changes

Lymphatic system changes

Feeling tired – or exhausted from minor exertion.

Wanting to sleep – longer and more often than normal.

Toe nails and hair growing quicker than normal.

Bouts of depression for no real reason.

Delving into the past – and looking at relationships, gaining clarity on personal issues.

Feeling of a huge purge

Tension, anxiety and high stress levels – because one feels that something is going on but doesn’t know what it is.

Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist, etc. and are usually told that there is nothing wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that these physiological changes are occurring.

Some of the RECOMMENDED RELIEF REMEDIES for the above are: Go with the flow, don’t fight it. If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep. Drink lots of water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual. To relieve emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian. Fenugreek relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification.

To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long, hot soak in a bath to which you add a cup of Epsom salts.Do this daily. Rocognise that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra.that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren’t dying, just changing! However, don’t just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don’t know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek, try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief.

All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind or aloud, as in physically taking them. Try it and see. Ask your angel guides to help relieve any pain. They are just waiting to be asked ! Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may recur from time to time. These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already completed the entire change into crystalline form and now embody 1,024 strands of DNA.

One report is of a woman who has grown 3 inches taller and a footsize larger. All children under the age of 7 have also now completed the change, or will shortly do so. Babies born in the past 2 years have all been born with the full set of DNA. Some people are only just starting to move through these changes, and many others have yet to start. This process of change is known as the Awakening, or as the Ascension process, or known as achieving the Merkabah, or light body.

We need to transcend our fears and learn about love, real love, which has to start with the self. Because, until we can love and trust ourself, We cannot truly love or trust anything or anybody else.

IV. The Spiritual Connection

As scientific research has now proven, our DNA, shown on this page in the familiar double helix configuration, holds the genetic codes for your physical and emotional evolution. Still to be discovered by science is the fact that your DNA has a much greater purpose than simply being a blueprint for your body.

The Genome Project decoded only approximately 3% of the total physical DNA. The remaining 97% was then termed “junk”, inferring it has no purpose. The truth is that the human body is extremely efficient and anything that is of no use becomes atrophied and is evolved out of existence within a few generations.

If 97% of our DNA is junk, why do we still have it?

That so-called “junk DNA” in your body contains all your history since you first incarnated onto this planet, many lifetimes ago. It’s where your akashic record, the record of your Soul, resides. Our DNA has been called a living library because of the wealth of information stored on it.

There are ten additional strands of DNA, or five double helix strands, which were disconnected or de-activated eons ago. Science has yet to discover these strands, although they have seen the shadows of them on their electronic microscopes. They call them “shadow DNA”.

With 12 Strands of DNA activated, you have access to ten times the information available from your DNA.

These additional strands encompass the following areas of your life:

– Connection to God / Supreme Creator;

– Inner vision, receiving messages from spiritual guidance;

– Communication, both physical and spiritual;

– Love, both human and Divine;

– Physical Body;

– Life force energy (Chi) and personal will;

Signs of spiritual progress:

Thirst for clean water: The new intracellular electromagnetic connections in your body will naturally encourage you to drink more pure water. This results in a more pure body, free of toxins. Your body will be working with a greater number of electromagnetic connections and needs to be properly hydrated to ensure clear, strong communication between you and your spirit guides.

Hunger for pure food: Your cravings for food will change effortlessly to that which is more pure and has a greater nutritional content, such as organic and raw foods. This process will be effortless, almost seeming to be automatic.
